Cancellation policy
Full refund if you cancel 14+ days before check-in. 50% refund 7–13 days before. Because we only ever take one dog, those nights are held exclusively for you, so cancellations inside 7 days are non-refundable. Move your dates once for free with 7+ days' notice.
Our welfare promise
If your dog ever seems genuinely unhappy in our home, we will tell you honestly, stop the stay and refund every unused night. We would always rather lose a booking than board a dog who isn't content.
Moving your dates
You can move your dates once for free with 7+ days' notice, subject to availability — and since we only take one dog, do get in touch early.
How to cancel or change
Email [email protected] with your booking reference. Refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe.
