What we collect
Your name, contact details, postcode, payment confirmation (we never see or store full card numbers — payments are handled by Stripe), and details about your dog that you give us.
How we use it
Only to arrange and provide your dog's stay, contact you about your booking, and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell your data or share it for marketing.
Who we share it with
Stripe (payments), and our booking record system. On a Concierge Stay your details may be shared with the named on-call vet for your dog's safety. That's it.
Discretion
We never publish images of guest dogs, owners' names or booking details on social media or reviews without your explicit consent. Concierge clients can request a signed confidentiality agreement.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing [email protected]. We keep booking records only as long as needed for legal and accounting purposes.
